Terms of service

Last updated 11 September 2026

These terms govern your use of Replaro, provided by Azoela Solutions Ltd ("Replaro", "we"). By creating an account you agree to them.

1. The service

Replaro connects to Facebook pages and Instagram business accounts that you administer, reads new comments, and, according to the policy you configure, replies to them as your page, hides them, or leaves them. You decide when a page runs in draft mode (decisions only) or live mode (actions taken automatically).

2. Your account and eligibility

3. Acceptable use

4. Automated decisions

Replaro uses artificial intelligence. Its decisions and replies are generated automatically from the configuration you provide and can be wrong. You are responsible for the configuration, for reviewing the log, and for every reply published by your page. We recommend draft mode for new pages and for material changes to the knowledge base.

5. Fees and billing

6. Data

Our privacy policy describes what we collect and how we protect it. You grant us the rights needed to process comment data from your pages for the purpose of providing the service.

7. Availability

We aim for continuous operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Replaro depends on Meta's platform; delays or outages on Meta's side are outside our control.

8. Intellectual property

Replaro, its software, design and documentation remain our property. Your business information, page content and generated replies published by your page belong to you.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Replaro is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost sales, or claims arising from comments hidden or replies posted by your page. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or Meta's terms, or when required by law. On termination we delete your data as described in the privacy policy.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules in your country.
