Billing questions

What counts as a handled comment?

Any comment Replaro reads and decides on, including skips. Comments written by your own page are never counted.

What happens if I reach the monthly limit?

Replaro keeps deciding and logging but stops acting until the month resets or you upgrade. You get an alert in the dashboard when this happens.

Can I change plans?

Any time, from the billing page. Upgrades apply immediately, downgrades at the next renewal.

Is there a free trial?

New accounts start on a beta plan so you can connect a page, configure it and review decisions in draft mode before choosing a paid plan.
