How it works

From a new comment to the right action, in about a minute.

This is exactly what happens every time someone writes under one of your posts.

01

Meta tells Replaro about the comment

When you connect a page, Replaro subscribes to its comment notifications. Meta sends each new comment to Replaro within seconds. Comments written by your own page are ignored, so the AI never talks to itself.

02

Replaro reads the context

The post text, the parent comment if this is a reply inside a thread, the commenter's name and language. Without context, "how much?" and "how much did you get paid to post this?" look similar. With context, they don't.

03

It decides: reply, hide, or skip

The decision uses your page's policy and knowledge base. Buyers and honest questions get a reply. Hate, spam, scam accusations, cynicism, competitor mentions, negative experiences and billing complaints get hidden. Friend tags, stickers and anything uncertain get skipped.

04

It acts as your page

Hides happen immediately. Replies wait a short, configurable delay so they land the way a human reply would. In draft mode nothing is posted until you approve. Risky categories also trigger an email to you with the full context.

05

Everything lands in your log

Every comment, the decision, the reason, the reply text and the outcome. Filter by hidden, replied, skipped or awaiting review. Unhide, force a hide or rewrite a reply from the same screen.

Replied

What a good reply looks like

One to three sentences. The exact price if you gave one, otherwise a pointer to your link. The commenter's language. Your voice. No links, no emojis, no em dashes, no "as an AI". Two people asking the same thing get two differently worded answers.

Hidden

What never gets hidden

A buyer having trouble ordering. Someone asking about a guarantee before buying. Someone confused about packaging or color. Someone regretting the alternative they tried. These are your best comments, and the policy treats them as such.
