How to remove your data from Replaro

Option 1. From the Replaro dashboard

1. Log in and open a page from the left menu.
2. Choose Disconnect. The page token is deleted immediately and Replaro stops receiving its comments.
3. To remove the whole account, write to [email protected] from the account email. We delete the account and its data within 30 days and confirm by email.

Option 2. From Facebook

1. Open Facebook Settings and privacy, then Settings, then Apps and websites.
2. Find Replaro and choose Remove.
3. Facebook sends Replaro a signed deletion request. We remove your Facebook connection and all page tokens automatically and return a confirmation code, which Facebook shows you together with a status link.

What is deleted

• Your Facebook user ID and name as stored by Replaro.
• All page access tokens obtained through your Facebook login.
• Your Replaro account, workspace and configuration, when you request full account deletion.
• Comment and decision records, after the retention period described in the privacy policy, or immediately on request.
